First, the LED display screen black screen does not display
1. Confirm that the control box is powered (the PWR red indicator is always on), and the signal output is normal (the RUN green light is strobed);
2. Whether the LED display screen body has been energized normally, and the screen will resume black screen after the whole body flashes once when the power is turned on or off.
3. If the above two checks are correct, please confirm whether the network cable is plugged in. You can use the network cable tester to test whether the network cable is normal. The solution is to replace the network cable or re-press the cable head.
Second, the LED screen display is not complete
1. Please confirm whether the content of the program is produced according to the screen resolution of the display screen.
2. Please confirm that the video processor resolution and screen resolution are consistent.
3. One, multiple light bars or the entire module in a module does not work properly. First, confirm the location of the fault phenomenon (confirm the fault module position by visual inspection, and make a simple mark), and then replace the faulty module accordingly. The specific method of replacing the module is as follows:
(1) Cut off all the power of the screen; open the cover panel behind the screen and unplug the power cable and signal cable from the LED module;
(2) Remove the fixing screws of the module;
(3) Remove the faulty module and package it;
(4) Install the corresponding new module, lock the fixing module screws and plug in the power cable and signal cable;
