Small-pitch led display resolution calculation method

  • P1.25 small-pitch led display resolution, similar to the resolution of the computer screen, led display resolution is also an important indicator to express the clarity of the display content, but also the vertical and horizontal dimension points in pixels. However, unlike the computer screen, the p1.25 small-pitch led display resolution refers to its physical resolution, that is, the number of physical pixels. Once the hardware is completed, the resolution is immutable.
    So how is the resolution of the p1.25 small-pitch led display?
    Since the LED electronic screen is a customized product, that is, the size of each LED electronic screen may be different, so the same type of display product, because of the size of the entire screen resolution will be different.
    For example, a full-color display with a unit length (usually 1 meter) of 100 points, if 5 meters wide and 2 meters high, the resolution is 500x200, and the full screen resolution of 1 meter wide and 1 meter high is 100x100.


    How to calculate the resolution of p1.25 small pitch led display:

    Let us take p1.25 as an example:
    1. First, the module size of ̃1.25 is 120mm*135mm.
    2. Then use the module length: 120mm divided by 1.25 equals 96. The module height is 135mm divided by 1.25 equals 108. So a small pitch of p1.25 is 96x108.


    1. Assume that the display area is 18 square meters, that is, 6 meters long and 3 meters high, and is installed with a small pitch of p1.25. Calculate how many blocks should be placed.
    1, the meter is converted into millimeters: 6m = 6000mm 3m = 3000mm,
    2, we know that the p1.25 size is 120*135
    3. By dividing the length of the display area by the length of the module, you can calculate a few traverses, that is, 6000 divided by 120 = 50 blocks.
    4, then take the height of the display area divided by the height of the module, you can calculate a few vertical pendulum, namely: 3000 divided by 135 = 22


    Second, calculate the resolution of the total display area: From the above, we can see that the yaw is 50 blocks, and the vertical pendulum is 22 blocks. The length of p1.25 is 120mm and the height is 135mm. Firstly, the actual display area of the small pitch is calculated as:
    Horizontal: 50*120mm=6000mm Vertical: 22*135mm=2970mm
    Then calculate the total resolution:
    Horizontal: 6000 divided by p1.25=4800 Vertical: 2970 divided by p1.25=2376 Resolution: 4800x2376
    The p1.25led display refers to the pixel spacing of 1.25mm. The led display p refers to the pixel spacing. The smaller the value behind p, the higher the pixel density.
